Do you offer mobile services?

Yes. Doctor LED 772 offers mobile services for select installations. Any location within one hour of our shop is subject to a $150.00 mobile service fee, and we are willing to travel up to a maximum of four hours from our location depending on the type of service, vehicle, and job requirements. Availability and pricing must be confirmed prior to booking, and additional fees may apply for extended travel or specialized work.

An electronic deposit or in-person cash is required to secure all bookings. All deposits are non‑refundable.

Can pricing change after the job starts?

Yes. If additional parts/labor are required to complete the job properly or additional fees or incurred during job service this will be discussed with the client prior to pickup.
Any additional balance must be paid before vehicle release.

What payment methods do you accept?

DoctorLED772 accepts Stripe (6% service fee), Zelle, ApplePay, Venmo, and Cash (Cash on in-person deposit or final pickup balance only!). Final payment is due upon job completion.
Vehicle Release & Non‑Payment

What if I don’t pay my balance at pickup?

If the balance is not paid in full upon pickup, the vehicle will remain in the possession of DoctorLED772 until payment is received under Florida Statue § 713.58. Everyday client vehicle is in the possession of DoctorLED772 a $50.00/day storage fee will apply.

What if the job was mobile and payment is not made?

If the job was mobile and the balance is not paid, the client’s vehicle and keys will be taken to the DoctorLED772 shop and held until the outstanding balance is paid.

Do you file liens?

Yes. DoctorLED772 reserves the right to file a mechanical lien in accordance with Florida Statue § 713.58 for unpaid balances.
Warranty & Liability

Is there a warranty on installations?

All workmanship is covered under 30-day no hassle, no-questions asked warranty with extended warranty options available and will be explained at booking. Damage caused by tampering, water intrusion, accidents, or third‑party work is not covered.

Are factory warranties affected?

Some modifications may affect factory warranties. It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand manufacture warranty and accept these risk as DoctorLED772 is not responsible for any manufacture warranty issues from aftermarket installations.
Vehicle Condition & Fees

What condition should my vehicle be in?

Customers must ensure all important personal belongings are removed from vehicle prior to any services being completed. Customers must ensure that vehicle interior is “car wash clean” meaning seats and floors completed vacuumed and emptied as well as doors being clean and empty for any interior services being done. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee being added to
client bill. Customers understand that if booking a starlight headliner service headliner must not be "sagging", drooping, falling down, etc.." If headliner is not in 100% factory condition client must notify DoctorLED772, LLC. of condition prior to booking appointment. Penalty for failure to notify, scheduling appointment, and arriving to scheduled appointment date will result in full lost of parts and funds.

Do you charge additional fees for certain vehicles?

Yes. Classic Vehicles (20+ Years in age or Older), Lifted trucks, heavily modified vehicles, electric vehicles, and vehicles requiring extra disassembly will incur additional fees.
Customer Responsibility

Am I responsible for disclosing prior work or issues?

Yes. The client must disclose any prior electrical work or existing issues upon scheduling. Failure to do so may result in lost of appointment and parts.

Do you test everything before delivery?

Yes. All systems worked on are tested prior to vehicle release. Once the vehicle leaves, responsibility transfers to the client under 30-day no hassle, no-questions asked warranty.
Final note
By booking services, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and procedures of DoctorLED772. They also agree to all possible penalties from not following DoctorLED772 policies and procedures.
