Scheduling & Deposits

  • Electronic or In-Person Cash Deposit required to reserve all bookings.
  • All deposits are non‑refundable. Period.
  • Late arrivals, reschedules, and cancellations will result in fees depending on timing and impact.

Pricing, Fees, and Additional Work

  • Pricing is based on vehicle type, scope of work, labor time, and parts required.
  • If additional parts or labor are required, it will be discussed with the client prior to pickup.
  • Any additional balance must be paid before vehicle release.

Vehicle Release & Non‑Payment

If the balance is not paid in full upon pickup, the vehicle will remain in the possession of DoctorLED772 until payment is received under Florida Statue § 713.58
For mobile jobs, if payment is not made, the vehicle and keys may be transported to the shop and held until the balance is paid.

Warranty & Liability

  • All workmanship is covered under 30-day no hassle, no-questions asked warranty with extended warranty options available and will be explained at booking.
  • Damage caused by tampering, water intrusion, accidents, misuse, or third‑party work is not covered.
  • Some modifications may affect factory warranties. Client accepts this risk.
